Grapes of Cabernet wait to complete their maturity before the harvest at the Chateau Olivier estate, in Leognan, south of Bordeaux, southwestern France, Monday, Aug. 22, 2022. Laurent Lebrun, director of the Chateau Olivier estate, noted that the grapes are not very plump this year due to the lack of rain, yet they reached ripeness much earlier than usual.
