Undated picture released by the Credit Agricole cycling team shows US rider Saul Raisin who has fallen into a critical coma after an accident during the first stage of the Circuit de la Sarthe race, his team said 06 April 2006. The 23-year-old, who suffered head injuries, has been placed in intensive care after being transferred to hospital at Nantes in western France following the fall which took place in the opening stage 04 April.
