SENEGAL-SAUDI ARABIA-ENERGY-OIL-COMPANY

The Saudi Binladen group acquired on April 29, 2010 a 34 percent stake in Senegal's state oil refiner, Societe Africaine de Raffinage (SAR) for 10, 6 million euros (14,1 M USD).
